A game about a feud between fruits and vegetables

Basic premise of the story is that fruits and vegetables had a war, and now you are living in the aftermath where vegetables lost and few remain.

Not much actual content is implemented yet, with mainly systems being in place to let me continue working on it easier.

Controls are WASD/Arrow keys, Spacebar to progress dialogue, and E to interact (only available with the Shades Flowers rn).

So far you can walk around, and talk to and fight one enemy, and forcefully tear some flowers out of the ground.

Let me know what you think of the combat system, there is obviously still lots more to be done with it though I have the basics in place (The sun on the left side of the screen will eventually charge throughout a battle and there will be abilities which cost some of it).

My goal is for it to be an open world where you can interact with a variety of NPCs, and choose to either help or hurt them with significant amounts of freedom. Acquiring cool items and discovering secrets will also be a big part of the game. There will of course be different endings, though I want to try and avoid an obvious "good ending" and "bad ending" deal where you feel pressured to try and get one particular ending. Instead there were simply be "different" endings, with the paths to most endings being due to the player's intentional choice rather than them just unintentionally getting for example the "bad ending".
